A pair of Chinese rectangular wood panels inlaid in mother-of-pearl with figures in boats, crossing bridges and in gardens before buildings, trees and rockwork -- 23½ in.long; a black lacquer shrine, the doors opening to reveal a carved giltwood stand modelled as cloud scrolls, painted to the doors with two deities -- 15½ in. high; a pair of soapstone jars and domed covers -- 4½ in. high; a rctangular pottery plaque carved with mythical animals among foliage -- 7½ in.long; and a Shibayama-style ivory section from a glove-stretcher decorated with a bird among prunus -- 8 in. long.
