Further details
By repute this spoon was used as an anointing spoon by Bishop Webb, Dean of Salisbury Cathedral, or by Dr. Bourne, Treasurer of the Cathedral. It passed to the present owner by descent from Cyprian Webb, Chancellor of the Cathedral.
