A fine Soumac carpet, the shaded rust field with serrated palmettes, hooked octagons and small floral motifs in various colours around three indigo indented panels each containing similar motifs and brick-red hooked octagon centrepiece flanked by blue, brick-red and green hooked panels surrounded by indigo stylised border with variety of hooked and serrated motifs between ivory 'S' motif panel and running-dog stripes, small areas of slight wear --10ft.8in. x 8ft.8in.
