An Eastern oblong inkstand on shell and scroll-capped paw feet and with applied foliate-pierced and engraved corners, moulded with a pen rest and fitted with two pierced square inkwells with clear glass liners and flat hinged covers with flower finials, the centre with a similarly-decorated oblong wafer box - 9½in.
