A PAIR OF BLUE AND WHITE MOULDED VASES
Kangxi (1662-1722)
Painted in pencil style, the globular bodies each with three moulded flower-heads with radiating petals enclosing asters alternating with jardinières of peony above moulded overlapping petal-shaped floral panels, the central bulbous sections with similar petal-shaped panels below the flower-heads and jardinères repeated on the flaring neck, all standing on a tall slightly spreading foot, the bases with encircled lingzhi marks, one with minor chips
