Yongzheng (1723-1735)
Decorated around the sides in painterly style imitating an ink landscape handscroll, en grisaille and sepia with figures, pavilions and retreats nestling amongst rocky outcrops on the banks of a lake with mountains in the background, all below ruyi-shaped lappets of cranes in flight amongst peony and peach sprays on a seeded ground extending over the upper surface around a pierced cash design on the top, a band of floral turquoise-ground petal-shaped lappets around the foot, hairline
