A group of nine Bristol (Richard Champion's Factory) teawares
comprising: a sparrow beak jug, painted with scattered sprigs of flowers below a puce-line rim, the interior with a band of iron-red interlocked triangles and ovolos, circa 1760 -- 9cm. high; five teabowls and six saucers, each painted with a loose spray of flowers and scattered sprigs below dark-brown line rim, overglaze blue marks, circa 1760; a slop bowl ensuite -- 7cm. high; and a saucer painted with a rose bud below swags of flowers suspended from loops, overglaze blue mark -- 13cm. diam. (some damages throughout)
