with inset dark eyes, black painted pate, rosy cheeks, French pink kid body and original pink and white silk check frock, straw bonnet, white stockings and black flat-heeled shoes -- 16½in. (42cm.) high, Sonneberg circa 1840; and a composition-headed pin-cushion doll, with black moulded hair, wood arms and original blue skirt with striped open robe à la polonaise -- 6½in. (16cm.) high, circa 1840 (damage to both ears) (2)
