A BLACK LACQUER CABINET ON A GILTWOOD STAND, LATE 19TH CENTURY
the cabinet decorated throughout with incised polychrome panels depicting bouquet-filled vases and bowls of fruit, the two cupboard doors centred by a pierced brass work lock revealing a single shelved interior above a moulded scalloped frieze on faceted, panelled square tapering legs joined by an X-framed stretcher with spade feet, some slight restorations and losses -- 22½in. (57cm.) wide, 45in. (114.5cm.) high, 13in. (33cm.) deep
