A satin and beechwood breakfront secretaire bookcase, early 20th century
with a pediment to the raised central section and a greek key note decorated frieze with a pierced gilt metal gallery to either side, the central section with a glazed door and a fall front below revealing an arrangement of pigeon holes and drawers, flanked to either side by a shelved open section, with a central, arched panelled door below and a further cupboard to either side decorated with applied foliate motifs on outswept bracket feet - 47in. (119cm.) wide, 82in. (208cm.) high, 14in. (36cm.) deep
