Each with a green-patinated winged figure of Victory, classically draped and standing upon an orb, holding aloft entwined trumpet branches in each hand with feathered stems, the drip-pans cast with stiff-leaves and rosettes on a pounced ground and terminating in plain nozzles and further reeded removable drip-pans, the whole supported upon a lotus-leaf domed socle and palm-flowered cylindrical base, on an engine-turned socle and stepped square plinth, wired for electricity
