A pair of Directoire white marble, bronze and parcel gilt telamones, the semi-naked male figures draped about the waist, one with a lion pelt, the tapering pedastals applied with incised scrolling foliage, on later spreading square plinths, later adapted as table lamps, with leafy branches issuing from the backs -- 19in. (48.3cm.) high, overall.
