A green-lacquered and decorated double-dome bureau cabinet, painted with flowering bamboo stems and colourful birds and insects, the upper part with a moulded cornice and fitted interior with shelves, pigeon holes and drawers enclosed by a pair of arched mirrored panelled doors, with candle slides below, the tooled leather-lined sloping fall enclosing a concave fitted interior with three frieze and three long drawers below on bracket feet, 18th century with later painting -- 41in. (105cm.) wide, 23in. (58cm.) deep, 86in. (219cm.) high.
