A Regency mahogany, boxwood and ebony-strung secretaire, with a crossbanded top, the fall enclosing a leather-lined interior, with drawers, pigeon holes and central enclosed cupboard, fitted with two slides below enclosed by a pair of doors centred by panels with re-entrant corners pointing to arrow shafts with scrolls on outswept bracket feet -- 44in. (112cm.) wide, 23in. (58cm.) deep, 44½in. (113cm.) high.
