A Coalport Japonaiserie two-handled vase, of rectangular section, the front panel moulded with a bird perching among chrysanthemums enriched in gilt and bronze tones, to the reverse with branches and leaves similarly enriched on a blue-ground scattered with gilt flecks, each side enriched with gilding and enamel 'jewels' on a blue-ground beneath handles modelled as cloud-scrolls, all above a base with bracket feet (minute chips, hairlines, one chip to base reglued), blue printed mark, circa 1880 -- 7½in. high
