A Roman marble rectangular cinerarium, the short sides with incised crossed Celtic shields with scrolling decoration, the front with central niche flanked on either side by tridents and dolphins with water below in relief, the back mainly restored -- 6¾ x 11 x 9in. (17.1 x 28 x 22.8cm.), circa 2nd Century A.D.
