A South Italian red-figure trefoil-lipped pottery oinochoe, with high ribbed handle, the ovoid body with the head of a woman in profile to the left, wearing an elabroate sakkos, vitruvian scroll around the shoulder and palmette below the handle, details in added white, repaired with slight restoration around neck -- 10 5/8in. (27cm.) high, late 4th Century B.C.
