(4.5cm.) high; a north Persian bronze dirk, the tapering blade with prominent midrib and penannular guard, flanged hilt -- 13¾in. (35cm.) long; a group of Luristan bronze mounts, with wide everted tops, narrow tubular necks and bell-shaped bodies, decorated with ridges on neck and base -- 2in. (5cm.) to 7in. (18cm.) high, all early 1st millennium B.C.; and a Celtic bronze protome, modelled in the form of a boar's head -- 2 3/8in. (6cm.) long, circa 1st Century A.D.(a lot)
