A pair of Continental porcelain plates painted in the Vienna-style with profile busts of young ladies, facing left and right, wearing medieval dress, on a ground gilt with a trellis pattern reserved with stylised flower heads below matt gilt borders tolled with continuous bands of fruit and leaves (slight wear), impressed marks, circa 1900 -- 8¾in. diam.
