CHARLOTTE BRONTE (1816-55) -- A one page autograph letter, signed "C. Bronte," [no place, n.d.], to Ellen [Nussey], discussing a forthcoming visit: "I shall be in Bradford about 3 o'clock p.m. from thence I shall either walk to Birstal if I can get any one to carry my box ... I hope nothing will happen to prevent me. Good-bye till Monday" (partially torn on fold, slight crease affecting signature).
