The clipped signatures include those of Queen Victoria, Florence Nightingale, Randolph Churchill, Walt Whitman and Sun Yat-sen. The autograph letters include those by Lord Derby and the Earl of Northbrook; also included in the lot is a three-quarter length portrait photograph of Ellen Terry (faded), signed on the mount, 6½ x 4½in.
