A Louis XV style gilt-metal-mounted mahogany, rosewood, tulipwood and marquetry cylinder bureau, the top with three-quarter gallery of dancing cherubs above three concave-fronted drawers, the roll-top enclosing a fitted interior of drawers and pigeon holes, above a pull-out leather-lined surface, with three frieze drawers and sides centred with raised panels, the reverse with conforming mounts and veneering, on angled cabriole legs headed with foliate cabochon mounts trailing to scroll sabots.
