A double-sided acetate, 33 r.p.m., Decca white label, comprising tracks for a proposed compilation album, Metamorphosis, including three unreleased tracks, Godzi, Panama Powder and Gold Painted Nails, unreleased versions of Bright Lights, Big City, Fannie Mae, Meet Me In The Ballroom and Cops And Robbers and unreleased live recordings of Little Red Rooster and Down The Road Apiece, labels with typed inscriptions ROLLING STONES VOLUME TWO - SIDE ONE and ROLLING STONES VOLUME TWO - SIDE TWO.

Lot Essay

Prospective track listings for the compilation album Metamorphosis, 1975, were originally put forward by Bill Wyman and Allen Klein, controller of the Rolling Stones catalogue at Decca. These versions were not previously thought to exist as acetates. The above appears to be Bill Wyman's version.
