According to the affidavit the corset was found lying around in a bag after Madonna's concert in Barcelona on August 1st 1990. The vendor took it to the nearest police station who contacted Madonna's p.r. representatives in order return the garment to her. Madonna made it known through her p.r. representatives that she didn't want it back but gave it to the vendor with pleasure.
