A pearlware model of a dovecote, of rectangular section with a pitched roof, pierced to the front with openings for the nesting birds before five rows of ledges supported on brackets, applied to the roof and reverse with sprigged decoration including representations of Toby Philpot, putti playing with a lion, Nelson and Lady Hamilton, Bacchus drawn in a Chariot, Hamlet, Admiral Lord Rodney, Fame and bucolic hunting and drinking scenes, all enriched in colours (damages, repairs, some pieces lacking), circa 1800 -- 8¾in. high
