A globular vase painted and gilt with rectangular panels of ladies and children before a pagoda on a riverbank, further figures in boats in the distance, the reverse with a panel of four boys feeding a cockerel, hen and chicks on the banks of river lined with flowers and trees within foliate borders surmounted by butterflies, both on a dark blue ground further decorated in gilt with scattered leafy sprigs (signature rubbed) -- 5in. high, signed and sealed Kinkozan.
