A Chinese Fahua-style baluster jar painted in turquoise and dark blue glazes with moulded decoration of peacocks among flowers and pierced rockwork and below bejewlled swags (reduced neck, old restoration) -- 13in. high, circa 1500, pierced wood cover with jade finial and wood stnad.
