A fully planked and rigged model of the frigate 'Diana', of circa 1794, with bound masts, spars with stuns'l'booms, standing and running rigging, female figurehead, anchors, belaying rails and pins, gratings, hammock nettings, companionways, upper and main deck guns in carriages and slides. capstan, ship's wheel and two ship's boats with bottom boards, thwarts and oars. finished in 'copper' to the waterline, blue, black and yellow with gilded and decorated stern and quarter galleries.
