A walnut, crossbanded and burr-veneered bureau in two parts, the graduated upper part with a sloping fall flanked by two drawers to either side, the serpentine base fitted with three long drawers on bun feet, 19th century, restorations, probably Austro-Hungarian with a part label to the reverse -- 44in. (112cm.) wide, 24in. (61cm.) deep, 42in. (107cm.) high.
