A walnut and parcel-gilt cassone, the hinged top with a raised imbricated and foliate-decorated centre and lunette-arcaded edge, the panelled front and sides with winged rocaille scroll angles, with a similarly arcaded plinth on paw feet, Italian, late 19th century --51in.
