The white enamel dial with roman numerals, the gilt movement engraved with a hand issuing from scrolls, the cock pierced and engraved with an urn and foliate arabesques atop a mask, with blued steel screws, also a late Victorian silver card case, by George Unite, Birmingham, 1900, engraved with a monogram,possibly E.L.B., among flowering cornucopia and shell and foliate scrolls, the interior lined with alligator skin and containing a silver pencil, in morroco covered case.
