An early English teddy bear
with rich brown mohair, large brown and black painted glass eyes, pronounced clipped snout, black horizontally stitched nose, remains of black stitched mouth and claws, swivel head, jointed shaped limbs, round cardboard lined feet and slight hump --18½in. tall, circa 1913, probably William J. Terry (growler inoperative)
