A walnut, burr-elm and crossbanded chest-on-stand, with moulded cornice, two short and three long drawers flanked by reeded angles, above one long drawer and two small ones about an arched apron, on cabriole legs with claw and ball feet, the sides oak, the stand of a later date, English, early 18th century -- 41½in.(105cm.) wide.
