An 3/4in:1ft scale threshing set built by J. Cumberbirch comprising:-b
1. A spirit fired model of a single cylinder two speed three shaft general purpose traction engine with brazed copper Smithies boiler with normal fittings, cylinder 1/2in. bore x 1in. stroke, Stephenson's link reverse, counter balanced crankshaft, eccentric driven feed pump, two road speeds and spoked flywheel. Chassis details include worm and roller chain steering, spud pan, hand feed pump, band brake and other details, finished in green and red with red lining -- 11½ x 17½in. (29.2 x 44.5cm.)
2. A threshing drum with working interior parts, wooden chassis and body, spoked wheels, with turning lock and 'A' frame tow bracket, drive belt pulleys and other details, finished in red -- 10 x 18in. (25.5 x 45.8cm.)
3. A belt driven working model baling machine with angle section chassis, belt pulley, gear driven working parts, spoked metal wheels with 'A' frame tow bar, finished in green and red -- 9¼ x 20in. (23.5 x 50.7cm.)
