A Burslem large ovoid vase and cover by Fred Hancock, of footed ovoid form with slender trumpet neck and finialed cover, the twin handles entwined with applied serpants with blue glass eyes, the body painted with chrysanthemums in shades of yellow, pink and green, highlighted in gilt with scrolling folige printed factory marks, painted signature (some damages to cover, minor chips to body) -- 87cm. high
