globular, with loop handle, the cover moulded with prunus branches and the body with heavily blossomed double prunus sprays, painted in iron-red, blue and green with scattered flowers, painter's mark 33 to the base -- 6¼in. (15.75cm.) wide, circa 1752-5 (minor chips, slight fritting, firing cracks)
