The movement striking on a single bell, with white enamel dial, in architectural-style case, the angles formed as female terms, the frieze onlaid with a panel of laurel leaves supporting a lyre, the stepped pediment surmounted by a two-handled urn, on turned toupie supports, with ebonised plinth bearing a silvered presentation plaque
