A late Victorian carved oak and walnut breakfront sideboard profusely carved overall, the raised back with shield inscribed I.H.W., above a tromp l'oeil medieval scene, flanked by carved heraldic figures and panels with grotesque animals, above three carved frieze drawers and two carved panelled doors flanked by caryatid uprights, on breakfront plinth base, stamped Edwards & Roberts -- 96½in. (245cm.) wide.
