An EPNS cigarette box, the top inset with a plaque of a Wolseley 30/40hp. --3½ x 6in (8.8 x 15.2cm).
The cigarette box was the property of the late William Deallow, financial director of Wolseley Motors from 1922-27, until taken over by Lord Nuffield and merged into Morris Motors. The car on the box is similar to that driven by William Deallow between 1914-18.
