green stained and natural, (missing both the white knights and a green pawn,) the kings and queens with reeded finials and part reeded crowns on bulbous stems, bishops' mitres with pierced borders, the rooks and pawns of tapering form -- king 4¾in. (12cm), pawn 1¾in. (4½cm.)
