the case of architectural outline pierced with foliage and centred by winged caryatid, with fluted urn finial with ram's mask ring handles, the circular Roman dial with pierced hands and beaded bezel, above shaped oval base cast with lanceolate leaves and pierced guilloche frieze, on acanthine scroll feet and hairy hoof support, the twin going barrel movement striking on a bell -- 20¼in.(50.5cm.) high; and the two side urns, French, late 19th century
