with pull quarter repeat, the case with handle to the bell top, glazed sides, foliate quarter sound frets to the front door, on bracket feet, the white-painted Roman and Arabic dial with florally painted spandrels signed Thos GREEN LIVERPOOL and pierced blued hands, with shaped calendar aperture, the five pillar single gut fusee movement with original verge, pull quarter repeat on three bells, the similarly signed backplate engraved with chinoiserie -- 18¾in.(47cm.) high
