The movement striking on a single bell, with gilt-embellished pale green rectangular porcelain dial, the chapter-ring with black Roman numerals, enclosing a roundel painted with a winged putto, a further panel below painted with a reclining female figure and a putto in a wooded landscape, flanked by canted angles mounted with female draped classical figures, the sides with further rectangular porcelain panels, painted with floral sprays, the shaped rectangular pediment surmounted by a putto holding aloft a two-handled urn and fixed cover, with cone finial, on shaped rectangular base and stylised claw feet
