The architectural anthemion and foliate-carved pediment above a boxwood lined frieze, fitted with a pair of geometrically-glazed doors, enclosing two adjustable shelves and flanked on either side by a silk and mesh-filled cupboard door, between foliate-carved fluted pilasters, the slightly breakfront base, fitted with a secretaire drawer above two rosewood crossbanded panelled cupboard doors, enclosing four graduated long drawers, between bowed sides flanked on either side by a book slide above a further mesh-filled door, on a plinth base with turned and fluted tapering supports, stamped H.
