A Continental beaker
of tapering circular form and on a plain spreading circular foot with narrow rope-twist and lozenge friezes above, the body applied with a rope-twist band and engraved with a broad frieze of flowers and scrolling foliage beneath, a conforming narrow frieze engraved beneath the flaring rim, the underside of the foot engraved with two armorials hanging from a branch with initials, maker's initials A.T., a goblet between, probably Dutch late 17th Century - 4¾in. (12cm.), 5.50oz.
