of melon-fluted compressed moulded circular form, on shell and scrolling foliate feet and with a chased rising curved spout, foliate-decorated scroll handle, moulded everted rim and fluted domed hinged cover with rose finial, the body decorated with a broad frieze of stiff foliage and flower heads, maker's initials W.H., London 1834 - 5½in., (14cm.), 23.50oz.
