The author of this work was born in Aleppo in AH 851/1477 AD but spent most of his life studying in Cairo, becoming chief Qadi there before returning to Aleppo where he died.

Muhmmad al-Manzarawi, later red morocco binding (slight water-staining and smudging, folios loose) - 10½ x 7in. (26.6 x 18.1cm.)
