A Worcester (Chamberlain's) armorial tureen, cover and stand
the circular body painted with two coats-of-arms below a pale-blue-ground band reserved with panels painted with exotic birds amongst branches between gilt C-scrolls and foliage below a gilt beaded band, the cover and stand with similar ornament, with a flower finial issuing moulded leaves, the leaf-moulded handles terminating in lion's masks, enriched in gilt, painted mark to cover, the stand -- 12 1/8in. (30.5cm.) diam., circa 1818-22 (slight wear and minor firing faults)
