later profusely incised with figures in 17th century costume, playing instuments and dancing within reserves of scrolls, bordered by birds and flowers, the rim repoussé decorated with bosses, possibly the workshop of Thomas Munday, the touch marks to the reverse worn, English, mid 18th century -- 16 1/8in.
