on a rising shaped circular foot with presentation inscription and with a foliate-pierced central vase with applied foliate border, applied with four scrolling branches, each bearing a conforming swing-handled shaped circular bon-bon dish, the centre later-applied with a plated vase holder, Martin Hall & Co., Sheffield 1911 - 17in.
